Training System

Audits the types of equipment that members of staff have received training, and as to whether retraining is required i.e. training expiry date has expired.

At any point in time it is possible to determine if a member of staff is authorised to use a particular item of medical equipment. Training courses may be maintained and staff may receive training for a particular course.

Modular Application
Additional module to the E-MAT system utilising E-MAT equipment database.

Training Audit
Provides a training profile audit. Details include equipment, trainee, trainer and date trained.

Overdue Letters
Overdue training letters to notify the trainer or trainee may be maintained and produced, utilising MSWord templates and a mail merge facility.

Course Certificates
Certificates awarded for course completion may be maintained and produced, utilising MSWord templates and a mail merge facility.

Maintenance
Trainees, Trainers and course details (type of course, internal, external and associated costs) are user maintained.

Enquiry and Reporting
Audit on activity and costing of courses, trainees and trainers are available. The system will forecast and report on training due dates.
