SCREEN 9 - Stock Control - Stock Overview

Stock Control is an interlinked sub-system of E-MAT providing comprehensive details of parts used within maintenance and servicing activities. In addition to standard stock control system functions, the user has access to stock history, stocktaking reports and parts audits. The system facilitates parts traceability.

Locate Find and list Parts by Part Number or Supplier, and include or ignore inactive stock
Detail Line item details expanded on-screen to show additional information eg Bin Number

SCREEN 10 - Stock Control - Stock Below Minimum

Stock Below Minimum is one of the many functions provided by the Stock Control system of E-MAT. The list can be obtained by Supplier, and is instantly available to Microsoft Excel spreadsheet. The E-MAT system provides a direct link which opens Excel, and places the Stock Below Minimum details into the spreadsheet.

Locate List all items where stock below minimum level, or stock by selected Supplier

SCREEN 11 - Scrapped Equipment

To ensure compliance with full traceability, E-MAT incorporates full details of equipment which has been scrapped and/or withdrawn from service. Lists of such equipment can be created instantly on-screen accessed in a variety of ways. Full information is available of each item including, for example, its Service History.

Locate List all scrapped items, or find items by any of location, category, supplier , item number and/or serial number

SCREEN 12 - External Contract Management

A comprehensive report is available covering External Contracts. This shows external contract details relating to individual items of equipment. The list can be instantly exported to Microsoft Excel spreadsheet for further manipulation and/or analyses.

Locate List all contracts, or find contracts by any of contractor, location, or contract renewal dates
